The 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 kicked off Monday night at Splinters-N-Rust. It's the start of an eight-month journey through local progress sessions and three Kansas Leadership Center programs to help the cohort of 21 make progress on an adaptive challenge related to activating Downtowns in Reno County through leadership development and collaboration across sectors and factions. On Tuesday, they completed the first step on the KLC Path, When Everyone Leads.

The cohort is funded by Hutchinson Community Foundation and a Leadership Transformation Grant from the Kansas Leadership Center.
