Lutheran Senior LIFE A PACE Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly

Thank you to LaMonica McIver, U.S. Representative for New Jersey's 10th Congressional District, for taking the time to visit Lutheran Senior LIFE in Jersey City.

Representative McIver toured our center, spoke with several of our treasured participants, and learned more about how the PACE program helps older adults remain healthy, independent, and engaged in their communities. We were grateful for the opportunity to share our mission and the impact of our work.

At Lutheran Senior LIFE, all prescription and non-prescription medications deemed necessary by our interdisciplinary care team are covered through the LIFE program — helping participants get the support and treatment they need without added stress.

At Lutheran Senior LIFE, transportation is an essential part of our PACE program. Helping participants travel safely between home, the day center, and to important medical appointments. Our goal is to make every journey easier, so participants can focus on their health, wellness, and independence.

Lutheran Senior LIFE participants visit our day health center on average three times a week! Attendance is tailored to individual needs and can vary from once a week to several days a week.
