We are rolling out a new bill mailings (no more post cards), this will be a full page billing. It will include larger message area, a years worth of usage and extra information regarding customer services, and responsibilities of owners and tenants.

The Flathead County Water District #1 – Evergreen (“District”) Board of Directors will hold the regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday October 21, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The District Office is located at 108 Cooperative Way. EVERGREEN ESTATES SUBDIVISION
SEWER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
The Project
The Evergreen Water and Sewer District is undertaking a project to mitigate flooding issues
in it’s sewer collection system in the southeast area of the District’s sewer service area.
The project will entail replacing the original effluent collection system within the Evergreen
Estates Subdivision with a new conventional sewer system. This will eliminate the need for
the old septic tanks in this area which will be abandoned in place. The project will also
include the construction of a new lift station near Spruce RV Park adjacent to State
Highway 35.
Construction Activities Next Week
Beginning on October 19, 2026 geotechnical drilling will occur at several locations in the
Evergreen Estates Subdivision and Spruce RV Park as shown in the figure below.
Most of the drilling will occur in the road right-of-way; holes will be located outside of
pavement areas to minimize any disruptions to traffic or property access. Drilling will have
minimal impacts at each drilling location and will be cleaned up at the completion of each
bore hole.
