🚨Community Announcement: Mark Your Calendars and Prepare to Get Soaked🚨

🗓️ Date: Saturday May 16th, 2026
⏰ Time: 12-2pm
📍 Location: LHS practice football field

A highly coordinated (and mildly competitive) community water gun fight is officially on the calendar.

In what may be our neighborhood’s most refreshing event yet, we’re teaming up with our fire department to ensure this aquatic showdown is both safe and spectacular.
Yes, there will be professionals onsite for all of your safety needs—or to out splash you.

Expect:
💧Questionable aim from grown adults
💧Dramatic slow-motion dodges
💧At least one officer pretending their water gun
“malfunctioned”
💧Firemen bringing suspiciously high water
pressure

Bring a towel, an empty stomach for pizza, and your best aiming skills for this epic battle!

The Loudon County Juvenile Department currently has an opening for the position of Juvenile Justice Officer. We are seeking someone who is bilinguial that's dedicated to help serve the youth in Loudon County with integrity and professionalism.
