WPUSD - Twelve Bridges Elementary School

Today we had our annual Surfin' into Summer event! It was a fun and amazing day. We finished our day with helping to cool us off! Special thanks to the Lincoln Fire Department and all the incredible parent volunteers who made today so fun!

Congratulations to the TBHS Class of 2026! Today we had the honor of celebrating the soon-to-be grads, playing with them on the playground and talking with them about their plans for the future. Go and do great things Rhinos!

We can't wait to see all our students and families, Thursday, April 30th for our Open House and Art Show! Classrooms will be open from 5:30-6:30 PM only! Art show opens at 4:30 and ends at 7:00 PM.

Day of Service was a success at TBE! Huge thanks to the students, staff and parent volunteers who helped at our Day of Service on Friday! We collected several boxes of diapers, hundreds of books and lots of non-perishable food items. We helped spread bark and DG at the Twelve Bridges Park and parking lot area, transformed a neglected area in front of the library with new bark, planted over 100 plants campus wide, pulled weeds throughout campus and picked-up rocks that were littered around campus. The students were such hard workers and had a great time serving our local and school community and showing their TBE pride. Special thanks to Mr. Higginson and our garden docent, Mr. Mark for all the prep work to make this happen.

We are excited to participate in Western Placer Unified School District's Day of Service on April 17th. Please help us support several local charities and help our students serve and give back. We will be collecting new packs of diapers, non-perishable food items and gently used children's books. Please bring all donations to the front office. Thank you!

Veterans Day Assembly 2025! Thank you families and Veterans for coming out, our wonderful music teachers Mrs. Fiorito & Mr. Bartlett, Whitney High School JRROTC Color Guard, TBHS Marching Rhino Regiment, and Jennifer Martinez for coordinating the slideshow. Biggest thanks to Chauna Jacoway for coordinating everything and for making today possible!

When "Rookie of the Year" takes on a whole new meaning! Ricky, one of our newest maintenance and custodial team members, has quickly made a name for himself with his dedication and work ethic. He’s gone above and beyond—even coming in on weekends to repair dry rot and repaint the portables at Twelve Bridges Elementary.

His efforts don’t just make the campus shine, they elevate the student experience, inspire pride among staff, and create learning environments everyone is excited to be in.
