A true CA native: Red Abalone! 🤙
These lil’ sea creatures have been enjoyed for centuries along the CA coast and are highly valued by Central Coast Chumash. We source our Red Abalone from in Santa Barbara where they’re fed with harvested and cultivated seaweeds and raised in cool, clean ocean water from the Santa Barbara channel.
