The wait is over! Congratulations once again to student chefs Cheyenne Williams and Janette Pinedos of North Mesquite High School for their Culinary Competition winning dish, Southwest Pinto Beans & Corn! Their award-winning recipe will be featured as a side dish on the lunch menu Tuesday, May 12. Be sure to try this student-created favorite!

Cinco de Mayo was a fiesta in Mesquite ISD cafeterias! Students celebrated with tasty nachos and sweet mini churros while enjoying a fun day filled with flavor and school spirit. Thank you to our Food & Nutrition Services team for making the celebration special for our students! 🎉🧀🌮
