🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Had a wonderful breakfast meeting with Yaritza Rodriguez, a dedicated board member of Friends of Our House, at Bluestone Coffee in Los Altos. We discussed the upcoming *Historical Walking Tour* of Heritage Park and Immigrant House, and I’m thrilled to share that Yaritza has already created an amazing draft for the project! 🎉

We’re also planning to bring this experience to life online with a virtual tour of the park and the house, thanks to the Immigrant House funds. It’s such a joy to have a partner like Yaritza to make this vision a reality. I’m so grateful and excited for what’s to come! 💻🏡🌳

Stay tuned for more updates on this project!

We had a fantastic turnout at the Mountain View Kiwanis Grant Awards Luncheon held on Valentine's Day! ❤️ at Ristorante Don Giovanni. It was a day filled with joy and inspiration as we celebrated the "sweethearts of our community" – the 33 organizations awarded grants this year. Adding a playful twist to the event, we played bingo with the names of the organizations as the squares. With the names mixed up, the anticipation of who would be called next added to the excitement. Each awarded organization took the stage to share their mission and how they plan to utilize the grants, inspiring everyone in attendance with their dedication and vision. It was a truly unforgettable day, embodying the spirit of community and generosity.

The festivals right around the corner! This is the first print ad that is running in the Los Altos Town Crier, for the next few weeks.
Did you know Mountain View had 10 laundry mats? I went to each one of them yesterday and put up a poster where I could. It's all part of getting ready and I'm having fun with it.
