Ag Health Benefits Alliance is a non-profit membership organization serving the agricultural industry.

Ag Health Benefits Alliance (AHBA) is a non-profit membership organization serving agricultural employers in Napa, Sonoma and surrounding counties. The organization was formed in 1972 by local growers to administer fringe benefit programs for field workers. We continue this tradition today, proudly assisting member employers to provide group health and retirement benefits to their employees and families. We specialize in providing employee benefit programs designed to meet the unique needs of the agricultural industry. Group Health Program - medical, dental, vision and life benefits
Retirement Program - multiple employer Defined Benefit Pension plan
