Important information and disclosures about In-Person Registration at Centennial Art Center (for 8-week classes only):
Step 1) At 9:00am, a line can start forming; patrons sign-in upon arrival to put their arrival status in order for first come-first served policy to prevail. Students will fill out the personal information chit to hold and give to the staff cashier (if they successfully get into desired class).
Step 2) At 10:00am, patrons will form a line in order of arrival to enter the painting studio and write/print legibly their name on the Class Roster of the class they want to register for.
Step 3) Patrons leave the painting studio through the back door to wait at the back gallery doors to pay when a terminal is available.
Step 4) Patrons will pay for the class they registered for at Terminal 1 (front desk) or Terminal 2 (Darreth’s office), based on availability. Staff will actively monitor cashier lines to ensure efficiency. Credit card payment preferred to keep line moving. No cash is held on premises; therefore, no cash payments can be accepted.
Reminder:
Register for Painting and Drawing Classes* on Wednesday, May 20.
Register for Pottery Classes* on Thursday, May 21.
*Students may only sign up for one Pottery Class per session and a maximum of two classes per session of any medium/media.
