Serving: 4
Ingredients
• 200 g Greek yogurt
• 150 g watermelon, cubed
• 100 g cherries, pitted
• 1 medium ripe banana
• 100 g ripe mango, cubed
• 40 g white chocolate, chopped
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 2 tbsp whole milk
Instructions
1. Add the Greek yogurt, watermelon, cherries, banana, mango, honey, vanilla extract, lime juice, and milk to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi Pint Container. Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
3. Remove the lid and place the pint into the outer bowl. Lock it into the Ninja CREAMi and select Lite Ice Cream.
4. If the texture appears crumbly after the first spin, add 1 tablespoon of milk and process again using the Re-Spin function.
5. Create a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add the chopped white chocolate. Process using the Mix-In function.
6. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 10–15 minutes for a firmer scoop.
