‼️NYSOFA has just been notified by New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) that the 25-26 HEAP Cooling Assistance Program will close Friday June 5, 2026, at the end of the business day. Please encourage anyone considering applying to take immediate actions to submit their application.

OTDA has stated applications submitted on or before the June 5 closing date will be processed; however, all applications received after that date will be denied.
