The has identified and arrested the individual previously known as "Jane Doe 46", as well as a male co-defendant.

They have been identified as Dakota and Willie Horn, arrested in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on October 22nd, 2026. They have both been charged via Judicial Complaint in the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Today at 10AM CST, Oklahoma City will hold a press conference to announce the identification and arrest of the individual formerly known as "Jane Doe 46", as well as a male co-defendant.

Federal and local law enforcement officials with a role in the investigation and arrest operation will provide details during the event.

: Ronald Craig Summers, of Spiro, was given the maximum sentence of 30 years in federal prison for one count of aggravated sexual abuse in Indian Country.

Summers pleaded guilty to the crime back in October 2025. This investigation was conducted jointly between OKC and Choctaw Nation Department of Public Safety. Our partners with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma prosecuted the case.

This investigation is being conducted by the OKC Joint Terrorism Task Force and prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma.
