The Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs works to foster equitable working and living conditions for le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, and q***r (LGBTQ+) people and to advocate for LGBTQ+ issues in all areas of City government. Created in 2008 by mayoral executive order, the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs became a permanent part of the City’s charter in 2015. The office aims to:

Whether you’re attending for the first time or celebrating with friends and family, we want to help ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate in this year’s celebration.
Philly! June 20th is around the corner. We’ll be joined by over 300 community organizations from across our city who will share resources with our community.
