On International Workers' Memorial Day, the Industrial Commission of Arizona honors those who have fallen or been seriously injured in the workplace today. The agency is dedicated to protecting the life, health, safety, and welfare of Arizona's workforce.

The agency annually celebrates organizations that excel in safety and claims management. To commemorate International Workers' Memorial Day on April 28th, the agency will again recognize these top-performing companies for their dedication to employee safety, health, and welfare.

The updated 2026 Physicians' and Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule has been published and is ready for review. It is effective on May 1, 2026. Exciting updates include a Dental Fee Schedule, improved guidance on NCCI edits for physical medicine services, and additional direction for managing contract disputes. The Industrial Commission of Arizona unanimously voted to approve and implement the guidelines developed by the Workplace Heat Safety Task Force.
