Halloween Hoedown is returning to Downtown Richmond! This family-friendly trick-or-treat event features community booths, food options, a petting zoo, and plenty of candy! 🍬

❌NO PARKING on Main Street/US 25X, North and South Second Street, and North First Street after 4:00 p.m. until approximately 9:00 p.m. Signage will be posted and violators will be towed.

The roads below will be closed from 4:00 p.m. until approximately 9:00 p.m.

Sharing the info below for those who may not know what to do next in reporting on he damages.

⚠️ FLOOD DAMAGE REPORTING REQUEST ⚠️

Madison County Emergency Management is asking residents who experienced damage from the recent flooding event to report if they need a damage assessment.

Reporting damage helps local and state officials understand the full impact of this disaster and supports requests for potential assistance and recovery resources. Even if your damage appears minor, it is important that it is documented.

Please report:
🏠 Damage to homes and property
🚗 Damage to vehicles
🏢 Damage to businesses
🌾 Agricultural losses
🛣️ Damage affecting access to your property

Submitting a report does not guarantee assistance, but it helps provide a complete picture of the disaster’s impact across our community.

We appreciate your cooperation as we continue response and recovery efforts. Please continue to avoid flooded roadways, respect barricades, and use caution as cleanup operations continue throughout Madison County.

We have been getting multiple calls about a text people are getting telling them to pay a fine from a Judge Harlan. THIS IS A SCAM. The court does not send out text messages. Any correspondence from the court will come through the mail. If you need to check a court date you can call us or go to www.kycourts.gov
