Founded in the late 19th century, the Monte Vista neighborhood has been a home to thousands of residents and continues to be a beacon of architectural pride.

The MVHA provides education, assistance, and a forum for neighborhood voices. Monte Vista Neighborhood - platted 1920

Our Holiday Market is just three weeks away on November 14th from 10am to 2pm! We have something for the whole family including kid's activities put on by Landa Library and KIPP Texas.

Beginning Oct. 26, 2026, a section of Hildebrand Ave. will be CLOSED for a major water main replacement project. The work is expected to be completed in March 2027.

Please plan for alternate routes if you typically use Hildebrand between McCullough Ave. and Devine Road. (See map below for detour information.)
