In order to ship your POV, your key and/or fob must be in good condition. We cannot accept keys that are broken or fobs that are falling apart. In order to ensure the timely delivery of your vehicle, we must require that the keys and fobs be in good working order at the time of turn in.

All members who have a POV shipping or storage allowance should be counseled by their local personal property office to ensure allowances and requirements are understood.
