Sherman Heights Community Center remains committed to providing the tools and education needed to succeed, from kitchen basics and permits to financial literacy, branding, and beyond. Yesterday in class was such a great experience! Sherman Cocina learned how to work with *masa madre* (sourdough starter) and even got to take it home to continue the process and see the results firsthand.

A big thank you to Chef Aureny for always sharing your knowledge and passion—you truly are a master of your craft, and we’re lucky to learn from you!
