The EFMP assists Marine Families in managing the dual demands of a Marine Corps career and the special needs of a family member. The program ensures that the family will be assigned to a location where appropriate services exist to support the special needs of the EFM.

For Coffee & Connect, a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to meet other military families, connect with your community, and learn about available resources.

All service branches are welcome, and you do not need to be enrolled in EFMP to attend. Whether you are looking to meet new people, ask questions, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in good company, this event is open to everyone.

Our EFMP team will be there to share information and answer questions, and our School Liaison will also be present to provide guidance and support related to school transitions, educational resources, and local school systems.

This is a casual, no-pressure environment focused on connection, support, and community.

Join the Marine Corps Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) for the Transition to Adulthood Workshop Series and learn about guardianship, Special Needs Trusts, TRICARE, permanent dependency, and other important topics to support youth with special needs transitioning into adulthood.

This virtual Microsoft Teams workshop provides military families with valuable resources and guidance for long-term planning, financial security, and continuity of care.

This workshop will provide an overview of both options, explain key responsibilities, and offer general information to help families begin planning for the future.
