Cmdr. Hisham Semaan, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego Director, Fleet Operations, recognized members of the NAVSUP FLC San Diego Logistics Support Representative (LSR) Team on May 26 for their outstanding performance during the second quarter of FY26.
Supporting more than 60 U.S. Navy ships, the team’s responsiveness, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment helped keep the Fleet mission ready during a high operational tempo and preparations for OPERATION EPIC FURY.

⚓2026 NAVSUP FLCSD Leadership Offsite⚓
Leaders from across NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego gathered this week for a two-day Leadership Offsite focused on collaboration, communication, employee engagement, and strengthening support to the warfighter. Discussions included workplace civility, hiring, labor relations, safety, security, resilience, and team building.
“The real value of a forum like this is the opportunity to collaborate across the enterprise, bringing together teammates from all of our over-the-horizon sites across the region to cross-talk, share best practices, and leverage one another as resources,” said Capt. Josh Hill, commanding officer of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego. “We don’t often get everyone in the same room, so it’s critical that we maximize the opportunity to strengthen relationships, align priorities, and build more integrated solutions for the fleet.”
