It's a long 5 months to November, but Democrats are poised to flip several Congressional seats in California after the June 2nd primaries and as a result of passing Proposition 50 last year.

“These election results show Supervisor Wong, as Mayor Lurie’s appointee, is a very good match for the district,” Tung said. “They overwhelmingly ratified that appointment in this election.”
