March 1st-7th is National Weights and Measures Week: what does that mean? From recycling plants to scales, our Weights and Measures inspectors work every day to make sure the general public is receiving the amount they pay for. 💵 We stand ready to ensure the innovations of our time are accurate and maintain fairness in the market.

Our department has recently started testing Electric Vehicle Chargers throughout the county to make sure customers get the electricity they pay for. ⚡ We conduct additional inspections aimed at creating a fair and equitable marketplace. Learn about them here: https://www.cdfa.ca.gov/exec/Public_Affairs/Press_Releases/Archive/pr.html?id=11-006
