A Tornado Watch has now been issued for portions of north and central Georgia through 11 PM tonight. The remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur is bringing a risk for strong to severe storms with damaging wind gusts and brief tornadoes.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected Thursday and Friday as the remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur move through our area. Some storms could be strong, and heavy rainfall may cause flash flooding, especially late Thursday into Friday morning.
