Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month at Banner Island Balloark. Tonight is about the Kommunity hub and Stockton Ports working together in unity and partnership. This is about ensuring the vibrant and rich culture of our diverse Stockton population is recognized and celebrated. And this event does celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, but the people involved in planning it represent diverse backgrounds, not just AAPIs. So coming over to the ballpark and join in the fun!

54th Annual Barrio Fiesta Kick-Off event happening now at the Islanders. This event is a Filipino tradition in Stockton sharing culture, history, and the opportunity to bring people together to celebrate our diversity. The actual Fiesta will be in August at DeCarli Square where you will find food, dancing, performances, and fun! If you have time, stop by today, May 24th, and support the effort!

The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall is a small scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Right now, it is in Stockton to provide healing and remembrance for those unable to visit the actual monument. The 300-foot-long exhibit contains the names of more than 58,000 U.S. service members who died or are missing in Vietnam. All of the names are read out loud by members of our community. The Wall is here at Weber Point until Monday, and it is free. If you have time, stop by and bring your family.
