During an evacuation, every minute matters.
That’s why Truckee is taking a closer look at how our community would currently evacuate during a wildfire or other emergency, and what could make that process safer and easier. We want to hear from the people who know Truckee best: residents, workers, and frequent visitors. Where could evacuation be challenging? What suggestions do you have? What would help you feel more prepared?
Share your feedback on the interactive map and community survey, and follow the Comprehensive Large-Scale Evacuation Study at www.townoftruckee.gov/EvacuationStudy.
