Howdy!

Couple things for this week.

Specials:

Thursday - Polish sausages

Friday - probably more polish sausages

Saturday - Picanha and Pastrami

Sunday - Jalapeno cheddar sausage and Pork belly.

We’ll have the honey butter corn casserole every day this week. Probably a double batch of it each day. We’ve been tearing through it.

Speaking of the corn casserole, have any of you tried it? If so, how do you feel about the sweetness? Would you like it more or less sweet? Is it right on? I’m on the fence.

Thank yall!

Fun fact! The team makes over 70 pounds of potato salad every day, Friday through Sunday.

Also, based on your feedback, this is now officially pronounced “tater salad”. Thank you.

Sincerely,
The social media person (not Joe)
