We're proud to welcome the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation to for Capitol Hill Ocean Week (CHOW) 2026.

As CHOW celebrates its 25th anniversary alongside our Nation's 250th anniversary, this landmark gathering is bringing together leaders, innovators, scientists, policymakers, and advocates dedicated to shaping the future of ocean stewardship.
