This Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to advance policies that protect LGBTQ+ communities, people and families: from anti-discrimination protections and standing against the erasure of our stories, to healthcare access and civil rights 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️✨

On this Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to this country, including the thousands of Hispanic veterans whose sacrifices have too often gone unrecognized.
We remember them today and carry their legacy forward in everything we do.

The Supreme Court decision to preserve continued access to medication abortion by mail is an important step in protecting reproductive health care access nationwide. NHCSL remains committed to advancing policies that protect personal freedom, health equity, and access to care for Latino and underserved communities, and we are proud to work alongside partners like Planned Parenthood in that effort.

Supreme Court allows abortion pill to remain available by mail nationwide The decision indefinitely blocks an appeals court ruling that would have restricted availability of the drug, especially in states with strict anti-abortion laws.

This Mother's Day, we honor the mothers who carry families, communities and legacies on their shoulders, often without the policy support they deserve.
Let's come together to change that and make affordable childcare, maternal healthcare equity and every policy that lifts mothers up a reality 💐.
