Ludlow-Taylor is a District of Columbia Public School (DCPS) that serves a multicultural student body from across Washington, DC. We have been designated as a “Reward School” by DCPS for having the highest level of student growth and achievement, based on standardized testing results. In 2016, Ludlow-Taylor was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School. National Blue Ribbon Schools are on education’s cutting edge, pioneering innovative educational practices from professional learning communities and project-based learning to social and emotional learning and positive behavior systems. Ludlow-Taylor earned a special designation as an Exemplary High Performing School for being among the top schools in the state.
