Our next-generation Ride-On Platform V2 for the StaminaLift TS5000 and TS6000 is currently in production, featuring a fully CNC-machined construction designed for maximum durability, performance, and operator comfort.

Built from solid aluminium and precision machined in-house, this new platform has been engineered to withstand the demanding environments of hospitals and healthcare facilities around the world while delivering the reliability our customers expect from the StaminaLift range.

Every new component brings us one step closer to the finished product, and we’re excited to share the journey with you as development continues.

Custom Solutions for Unique Requirements

While there are a wide range of options and accessories available for the StaminaLift bed mover range, every now and then we receive a unique request from a customer somewhere around the world.

This particular customer in the Middle East requested a key-operated isolation switch, allowing authorised staff to physically lock the machine and prevent unauthorised operation when required.

Last week, we had Zane, a Year 12 student, join us at RIHA Industries for a full week of work experience—and we made sure it was a hands-on one.

Rather than just observing, Zane got involved in a real mini project from start to finish: designing and manufacturing a custom pen holder. The project combined multiple manufacturing processes, including:
• 3D printing
• CNC milling
• CNC turning

Along the way, we also explored advanced 3D printing materials, giving Zane exposure to high-performance options such as ABS, ABS with carbon fibre, and PEKK with carbon fibre.

It’s always great to see the next generation of engineers getting practical experience and understanding how different manufacturing technologies come together to create a finished product.
