The Berkshire Park Rural Fire Brigade is a group of committed volunteers who provide fire protection and related emergency services to the semi-rural community of Berkshire Park, on the outskirts of the Penrith Local Government Area. With two fire trucks, a personnel carrier and approximately 20 active members the brigade responds to over 100 emergency calls a year. We are available for local and out of area deployment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you are interested in becoming a member of the brigade, please email [email protected]

🚧 Causeway over South Creek - Closed (again) 🚧

If you’ve lived around Berkshire Park for a while, you’ll know this is one of those “old faithful” situations. After a bit of rain, the causeway over South Creek has done what it does best and is currently closed.

Please take care, don’t attempt to drive through floodwater, and allow a little extra time for your trip.
