We're on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join a well-established egg production and food processing operation in West Wyalong, NSW!

If you're mechanically skilled, solutions-focused, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Here's what you'll get:
- $35.15 per hour + penalty rates
- 6 months duration (with potential to extend), starting ASAP
- Stable hours (~40 hours per week)

You'll be at the heart of keeping this operation moving, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, repairing and refurbishing machinery across grading and warehouse areas, and ensuring spare parts and stock levels are well managed.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Hands-on experience in maintenance or mechanical roles in industrial or food production settings
- A solid understanding of safety, QA, and HACCP procedures
- Confidence working with oils, cleaning products, and maintenance tools
- The ability to handle physically demanding work across wet, confined, or elevated environments
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
