Water Safety Starts With You.
While lifeguards are always on duty at our pools, parents and guardians play a vital role in keeping children safe. Supervision is key!
Here’s what to remember when swimming with kids.
✔️ Under 5 years: Always within arm’s reach — you must be in the water with them.
✔️ Under 10 years: Active supervision is essential — keep them in sight at all times and be ready to enter the water.
✔️ Avoid distractions: Put phones away and stay focused on your child.
✔️ Always be prepared to get in the water.
Are you a weak or non-swimmer? Don't forget to grab an orange wristband from reception when you visit so you're recognised by our lifeguards.
Be Prepared and Always Actively Supervise Children Around Water.
Swimming is one of the few activities that works your entire body while being gentle on your joints. 🏊
✔️Builds cardiovascular fitness
✔️Improves strength and endurance
✔️Low-impact and joint friendly
✔️Supports mental wellbeing and stress relief
✔️Burns calories while improving mobility and flexibility
Whether you're swimming laps, attending an aqua class or simply enjoying time in the water, every swim is an investment in your health.
No matter your age or fitness level, it's never too late to dive in and experience the benefits for yourself.
👉 When was the last time you went for a swim?
