This spring, five youth in our community are graduating — and we get to be there. Front row. Loudest in the building. Three-hour ceremony and all.

Graduation is a ripple effect in motion. It's what happens when a young woman is surrounded by safety, belonging, and a chosen family who shows up — every single time. It's the moment she steps into her future as the change maker she's always been.

This is what 30 years of showing up looks like.
