Harry Phillips from AMP presented the Lyle B. Wright Scholarship to Kenneth Smeltzer at Monday's Village Council Meeting. Thank you to American Municipal Power, Inc. for recognizing Kenneth's hard work and dedication! Congratulations to Kenneth and best of luck as you embark on your college journey at Defiance College!
