First semester with the Campus Safety Ambassadors was a great success! They brought positive energy to our department, and we are grateful for the time they volunteered to support our work.

We’re fortunate to have a dedicated and hardworking group of students in our first year, and wish everyone a restful break.

Today, the Campus Safety team was stationed near the SIB bike racks to raise awareness about preventing bike thefts. Remember:

πŸ” Double locking your bike and using durable, high quality locks can reduce the risk of theft.

πŸ‘€ Stay alert and report any suspicious activity near bike racks.

Let’s work together to keep our bikes, and our campus, safe!

Bike thefts are happening more frequently on campus, even in broad daylight. Protect your ride:

πŸ” Use two quality locks (U-lock + cable)
🚲 Lock your frame + wheels to a solid rack
πŸ“Έ Record your bike’s serial number
πŸ‘€ Stay alert and report suspicious activity
