Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colourless, odourless gas that can be deadly. Symptoms include: headaches, dizziness, nausea, breathlessness, collapse.

If your CO alarm sounds:
➡️ Go outside to fresh air
➡️ Call 0800 111 999

✅ Protect your home:
Service fuel appliances every year
Fit and test a carbon monoxide alarm
Keep rooms well ventilated

✨ Feel Good Friday | Monthly Round-Up ✨

It’s been another positive month at the Carers Centre! We’re throwing it back to YC Connect’s October Week, celebrating the fun, connections and memorable moments shared by our young carers. 🍂

Our young carers learned valuable emergency skills during a first aid session with the Scottish Ambulance Service 🚑 before heading to Flip Out for an action-packed session full of bouncing and laughter! 🤸

A great week of learning, fun and making memories together! 🌟

If you live in the Glasgow South area, there’s an opportunity to hear about local health and care services and have your say on the issues that matter to you.

The Glasgow South Locality Engagement Forum is taking place on Friday 6 November, 10am–12 noon, at Castlemilk Parish Church, 1 Dougrie Rd, Glasgow, G45 9NP.

The forum will include:
• Updates and progress on health and care services
• The chance to share your views and experiences
• Opportunities to influence decisions
• Information stalls from local and health-related projects
• Refreshments

Speakers include Julie Young, General Manager, Glasgow South Carer Service, and Glenda Cook, Interim Head of Planning and Strategy (Older People), Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership.

The event is open to everyone.
