Launch It Trust

A great day of strengthening connections at Launch It Kent Masters House! 🤝✨

Our new enterprise manager, Deborah Hensby, recently welcomed guests from Swale Borough Council, Sheppey Employment Forum, DWP and other community organisations working to support careers and employment on the island at the hub, alongside our Launch It Kent trustees.

It was a good chance to reconnect, share updates on the work happening in the hub and talk about how we can all work together to help young people on Sheppey.💯

For us, it also strengthened our commitment to supporting young people to succeed in self-employment.

🚀 Thanks to everyone who came along. Stronger partnerships mean more opportunities for young people and we’re excited for what we can achieve together. Go to launchit.org.uk/sheerness to find out more our work and impact.

What a lovely celebration of art and community! Launch It Kent-supported artist & founder, Maja of maja recently showcased her work at East Kent Artists Open Houses, an exhibition she also helped coordinate on the Isle of Sheppey.

By bringing artists together, she’s helping keep art alive on the island and opening up new opportunities for creatives like her. 💛

Maja made her art business official when she joined our incubation programme and with the right support behind her, she has gone from strength to strength. Now she’s using that growth to lift others up, showing young artists what’s possible when you take your passion seriously.

We’re so proud to work with Maja and to see the clients, connections and opportunities this exhibition has brought her. Congratulations on such a brilliant showcase! 👏🏽
