ELFT's East Ham Care Centre ran an information stall for Dementia Action Week, from 18 to 24 May, as part of the programme of activities across to provide information and support for patients, members of the public, carers and staff.

Admiral Nurse, Tracy Connellan, led the stall and also supported events in the borough including the dementia social club "Lemonade Days" in and a day centre for people with dementia and their carers in Chargeable Lane.
