We’ve looked at the employer experience of Building Futures and taking on an apprentice, now let’s look at where these employers say their apprentices are delivering the biggest impact.

One key area is saving time to focus on strategic business planning and growth. 57% of employers said their apprentice has unlocked 5+ hours per week for senior members of staff by reducing their workloads through the apprentice.

We also often hear from employers that an apprentice brings in a fresh perspective to the business, offering new ideas and bringing apprenticeship learning back to the workplace to help streamline business operations.

If you’re a South Norfolk or Broadland employer interested in learning more about apprenticeships, we’d love to hear from you - https://www.apprenticeshipsnorfolk.org/BuildingFutures
