From the sounding of Taps to moments of remembrance across Normandy, the Maritime Brass Quintet was honored to support the D-Day 82 commemorations.

Our Maritime Brass Quintet was honored to support this remembrance ceremony in Rhône, France. Through music, we joined our French partners and local community in paying tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of those who served.
Capt. Colin Price, USS MOUNT WHITNEY LCC 20, gives a special shout out to the NAVEUR NAVAF Band as we celebrate 200 years of Navy Musicians. Thank you for helping us honor the legacy of Navy Music and the MU200 milestone.

During Obangame Express 2026 in Duoala, Cameroon, Topside Brass Band participated in a community relations event with a local television station, using music to promote partnership, cultural exchange, and regional cooperation with African partner nations and international forces.
Obangame Express is one of three regional maritime exercises led by the United States Sixth Fleet to strengthen collaboration and address maritime security concerns.

As part of Obangame Express 2026, Topside Brass Band connected with local students at Lycée Deïdo in Douala, Cameroon, during a community relations performance.
