Understanding your Smart Meter: quick guide
• The switch at the bottom of the meter is used to turn the electricity supply on or off.
• The display cycles information automatically. You can also scroll through it by pressing the button on the right.
• When the red indicator lights flash, electricity is being consumed.
• The display shows symbols indicating the status of your supply.
If the meter is energised and the circuit breaker is ON, you have power.
• To view explanations of symbols, press and hold the button for 5 seconds, then release.
• The optical interface on the meter is used only by qualified personnel for servicing.
Safety reminder:
Always ensure the main switch is in the OFF position before carrying out any work on your electrical installation.
