PROJECT UPDATE: NEW DEVELOPMENT- Otjomuise , Windhoek; Khomas region

WHY APARTMENTS?

With the land availed, a freestanding housing development would accommodate only a limited number of homes. Through a high-density apartment design, NHE is able to maximise land use and provide homes to 64 families, creating greater impact.

This project will see the construction of:

Phase 1: 24 Apartments (currently underway)
Phase 2: 40 Apartments

Phase 1 commenced in February 2026. Construction is at Foundation level, with completion expected by November 2026.

Project Summary:
Phase 1: 24 apartment units
Project Progress: 10%
Job Creation: About 50 employees
Budget for project: An estimated N$15 mil
