In celebration of International Coastal Cleanup and World Cleanup Day 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Ladol, in partnership with COAST GUARD, PAMO-SBPS and MARITIME, came together for a meaningful coastal clean-up activity at Ladol Beach. 🤝💚

We are now accepting applications for 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 for eligible students of Barangay Ladol, Alabel, Sarangani Province.

This program aims to provide financial assistance to qualified college students to help support their educational needs.

𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗: 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟰–𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Applicants must:
• Be a Filipino citizen;
• Be a resident of Barangay Ladol, Alabel, Sarangani Province;
• Have both parents/guardians registered as voters of Barangay Ladol, Alabel, Sarangani Province;
• Have a combined gross annual income of the parents or combined family income not exceeding ₱80,000.00;
• Be currently enrolled in college;
• Not be a graduate of any degree program;
• Have no existing government scholarship; and
• Be an active KK (Katipunan ng Kabataan) member.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Units of Barangay Bagacay, Ladol, and Alegria proudly joined Youthlead Philippines (YLP) in the 13th Philippines I Transform! Leaders’ Convention (PITLC) held from September 3–8, 2026 at Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City.

With the theme, “Combating Poverty, Achieving Prosperity for All,” the convention brought together young leaders committed to strengthening youth participation and advancing meaningful action toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The annual gathering aims to influence and empower leaders to think, work, and act together, while encouraging them to become active stakeholders in the advocacy and localization of the SDGs in their communities.

For the SK Chairpersons of Alabel, this experience is more than a convention—it is an opportunity to learn, connect, collaborate, and bring home ideas that can create meaningful impact for the youth and the community of Alabel.
