Sa pangunguna ng PSWDO- Local Youth Development Division (PSWDO-LYDD) isinagawa ang taunang KVC Pinuno Camp, ngayon ay nasa ika-apat na taon na, noong May 8-9, 2026 sa 1Bataan Commmand Center Dormitory, Brgy. Doña, Orani.

Para sa taong ito, layunin ng aktibidad na mahasa pa ang taglay na kakayahan ng bawat kabataang boluntir sa ating probinsya kung kaya naman nag pokus ang daloy ng programa sa iba't-ibang aspeto ng pagpapalago ng sarili at talento.

Ilan sa mga naimbitahan na Resource Persons ay sina Ms. Kaye Olivar ng Every Nation Campus (ENC) na tinalakay ang Redefining Leadership, Mr. Aries Panaligan at Mr. Paul John Tungol mula sa organisasyon ng Balangay Bayani ay nagbahagi tungkol sa Project Development and Management at Financial and Logistics Management. Nag bigay naman ng mga ideya si Mr. Romar Lumbera ng Bagani-Central Luzon, tungkol sa Communication and Public Speaking habang si Mr. Meynard Bryan Reyes naman ay sa Multimedia and Technicals.

Nagbigay naman ng pagbati at mensahe sina Ms. Joie Dee R. Rubiano - Provincial Youth Development Officer at Ms. Maria Cristina V. Lopez - PSWDO, sa mga kabataang boluntir at inaasahan ang kanilang patuloy at buong pusong serbisyo sa mga gawaing pangkabataan at panlalawigan.

𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥

This project is an automated irrigation system designed to improve water efficiency and reduce manual effort in small-scale gardening and farming. It uses an Arduino Uno with multiple sensors to monitor soil moisture, rainfall, temperature, and water levels in real time, automatically controlling a solenoid valve to irrigate plants only when needed. A rain sensor pauses irrigation and activates a rainwater collection system, promoting sustainability and resource conservation. Additionally, the system provides real-time temperature display on an LCD and uses a buzzer alert to notify users when the water level is low.
