TOP 2 MOST WANTED PERSON (PROVINCIAL LEVEL), NAHULI SA MATI CITY

Mati City, Davao Oriental – Nahuli ng pinagsanib na puwersa ng Davao Oriental Maritime Police Station (MARPSTA) at Mati City Police Station (CPS) ang Top 2 Most Wanted Person (Provincial Level) noong Nobyembre 1, 2026, sa Purok La Suerte, Barangay Dahican, Mati City.

Ang pagkahuli ay isinagawa sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest na inilabas ng Family Court, Branch 8, Mati City, kaugnay ng mga kasong Acts of Lasciviousness at Qualified R**e of a Minor, na may kaugnayan sa RA 7610 o “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act”, RA 8353 o “Anti-R**e Law of 1997”, at RA 11648 o “An Act Providing For Stronger Protection Against R**e And Sexual Exploitation And Abuse.”

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Mati CPS ang naaresto para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at disposisyon bago i-turnover sa korte na naglabas ng nasabing warrant.

RMU 11 RED TEAMING INSPECTION IN CONNECTION WITH THE UNDAS 2026 SECURITY COVERAGE

On October 31, 2026, PCOL MELVIN L LAGUROS, Chief, RMU 11, together with the inspecting team, conducted a Red Teaming Inspection in connection with the UNDAS 2026 security coverage and deployment.

The activity aimed to assess the operational readiness of deployed personnel, evaluate their compliance with established security protocols, and determine their preparedness in performing their respective duties to ensure public safety and maritime security during the UNDAS 2026 observance.

The inspection also underscored the importance of personnel accountability, vigilance, discipline, and strict adherence to established operational procedures to ensure the effective implementation of security measures and the delivery of responsive maritime security services throughout the UNDAS 2026 observance.
