Sa loob ng panahong ito, tuwing Lunes, ay walang onsite o pisikal na pasok sa lahat ng tanggapan ng COMELEC sa buong bansa at ang mga sumusunod na serbisyong pampubliko ay HINDI AVAILABLE:

👉 Onsite Overseas Voter Registration

Planuhin nang maaga ang inyong pagpunta sa COMELEC offices at antabayanan ang mga anunsyo o updates sa opisyal na social media channels ng COMELEC.

IN THE MATTER OF THE CESSATION OF ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE NOVEMBER 2, 2026 BARANGAY AND SANGUNIANG KABATAAN ELECTIONS BY VIRTUE OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12326
1. All activities relating to the conduct of the November 2, 2026 BSKE, except as herein provided, be stopped and discontinued, including the scheduled filing of the certificates of candidacy and the ensuing campaign period.
2. The prohibitions on certain acts related to the conduct of the 2026 BSKE, as provided under the election calendar and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, will be lifted.
3. The ongoing printing of additional ballots, accountable forms, Election Day Computerized Voters List (EDCVL), and Posted Computerized Voters List (PCVL) will continue until the required quantities have been completed.
4. All pending procurement of forms and supplies for the 2026 BSKE will be completed, including their delivery, subject to the measures to be undertaken pursuant to the Minute Resolution referred to in MEMORANDUM NO. 261210 (Ref. No. 0836-26) of the Office of the Secretary to the Commission.
5. All forms, supplies, and other election paraphernalia already printed or procured for the 2026 BSKE will be properly secured, stored, and preserved for future use.

AN ACT FIXING THE TERM OF OFFICE OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TO FIVE (5) YEARS, AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12232 OR "AN ACT SETTING THE TERM OF OFFICE OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”
👉 5-year term for all Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials
📆 November 13, 2028 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections
Due to this, the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on November 2, 2026 will not be held. COMELEC has also cancelled the Calendar of Activities, including the Filing of Certificates of Candidacy from September 28 to October 5, 2026, as well as the related Prohibitions on Disbursement of Public Funds, Transfer, Appointment, Promotions, Suspensions, etc., and the scheduled Election Period starting October 3, 2026.
Watch for the reopening of Voter Registration which will start on the second (2nd) week of November, 2026.
