Through the TUPAD program, beneficiaries are given the opportunity to contribute to community development initiatives while supporting the improvement of learning environments for Filipino students.

HAPPENING NOW: Department of Labor and Employment–National Capital Region through its Quezon City Field Office (DOLE-NCR QCFO) officially kicks off its Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers program (TUPAD) to assist in ‘Back to School’ preparations in various districts in Quezon City, June 1, 2026.

Among the tasks of the TUPAD beneficiaries deployed in the program includes cleaning classrooms, repainting, arranging chairs and learning materials, repairing facilities, and other minor repairs.

Moreover, the program is in line with the Department of Labor and Employment’s commitment in providing emergency employment opportunities while providing participation in stimulating local communities to take part in providing and building better learning spaces for Filipino learners.
