✨ 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 ✨

A productive exploratory meeting was held between the Legal Education Board (LEB) and the Executive Board of the Network of Academic Law Librarians, Inc. (NALL).

The meeting focused on key initiatives and collaborative opportunities, including the proposed training programs for Academic Law Librarians (ALLs), support for ALLs' membership nationwide, the potential assignment of ALLs during LEB visits and accreditation activities, the “Kapihan with LEB” initiative, and topics related to the Philippine Legal resources Electronic Access Platform (PhilLEAP).

Attendees from the Legal Education Board included LEB Chairman Hon. Jason R. Barlis, Atty. Kryss Yvonne M. Vega (Chief of Staff), and Mr. Gabriel T. Matola (Head of PMPD). The NALL Executive Board was represented by Ms. Willian S.A. Frias (Adviser), Ms. Marilyn Yap (Vice President), Ms. Marilyn Palmares (Secretary), Mr. Ananias A. De Villa, III (Treasurer), Mr. Alvin Halcon (Auditor), Mr. Rene Manlangit, and Ms. Cristal Joy Wanawan (Board Members).

This meaningful dialogue marks a positive step toward strengthening partnerships, advancing legal education, and enhancing the role of academic law librarians in the country. 📚⚖️
